General Provisions
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made in the online store www.mrjose.eu. The terms define and specify the rights and obligations of the seller.

All contractual relationships are governed by the legal system of the Czech Republic. If the contractual party is a consumer, the relationship is governed by the uncodified provisions of the General Civil Code (Act No. 40/1964 Coll.) and the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Coll.). If the contractual party is not a consumer, the relationship is governed by the uncodified provisions of the Commercial Code, Act No. 513/1991 Coll., as amended.
Information on the Conclusion of the Contract and Terms and Conditions
By concluding the purchase contract, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions (terms and conditions, complaints policy, privacy, and security) and agree to them. The buyer was adequately informed about these terms and conditions before placing the order and had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with them. These terms and conditions are an inseparable part of the concluded contract.
The contract is concluded in German; if the circumstances of the sold goods or the buyer do not prevent it, the contract can also be concluded in another language understandable to both parties. The concluded contract is archived by the seller for the purpose of its successful execution and is not accessible to third parties. The information on the technical steps leading to the conclusion of the contract is evident from the ordering process in our online store, and the buyer has the opportunity to check and, if necessary, correct them before placing the order. These terms and conditions are displayed on the webpages of our online store, allowing the buyer to archive and reproduce them.
Order
Products on the website www.mrjose.eu can be ordered by anyone, without restrictions regarding age or nationality.
Products can only be ordered from the supplier by filling out the online store's electronic form, available 24/7. Before submitting the order, we recommend that the buyer carefully review the individual items to avoid potential misunderstandings later. The buyer has the opportunity to review and correct the order before it is submitted.
After submitting the order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please contact us immediately if you find any discrepancies in this confirmation so we can resolve them.
Product Prices
All product prices on the website www.mrjose.eu include 0% (Books) or 21 % VAT.
All prices remain valid until revoked or until stock is depleted. Once the buyer places an order, the price at the time of the order is final, regardless of subsequent changes. The seller always provides the usual price, which is based on the recommended retail prices of the exclusive distributors.
Payment Methods
- Cash - upon receipt of the shipment from the supplier.
- Cashless payment - includes payment by credit card, PayPal, and other cashless options listed at checkout. Based on information from the payment processor, we will send a confirmation email to your contact email. Products will only be shipped after the payment has been credited to our account.
The seller reserves the right to request a partial or full advance payment for orders with a higher price or if the order does not include specific products.
Personal Pickup
Personal pickup is not possible.
Delivery of Goods
The goods will be delivered to the billing address or, if specified in the order, to the shipping address. The customer will be informed of the shipment via email. Delivery takes place on business days during the regular working hours of Deutsche Post or DHL to the address specified in the order.
The delivery costs depend on the shipping address provided by the buyer when placing the order. The transport price will be announced before the order is completed.
Delivery Terms
Goods in stock are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving the order. Goods not currently in stock are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days of receiving the order.
Consumer's Right of Withdrawal
According to § 53(7) of the General Civil Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods if the contract was concluded via remote communication means (e.g., via the internet). This right is not intended as a means of resolving complaints about defective goods. If the delivered goods have defects, the buyer should proceed according to the complaints policy.
If the consumer decides to exercise this right, the withdrawal must be sent no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. We recommend doing this in writing to ensure proof of the action taken to cancel the contract.
Please provide the invoice/tax receipt number, the delivery slip, the purchase date, and your bank account number.
The withdrawal becomes effective upon its delivery within the statutory period. We recommend insuring the returned goods. If the statutory conditions for withdrawal are met, the buyer will receive a credit note corresponding to the purchase price of the goods, minus any actual costs incurred by the seller related to the return. The buyer must sign the credit note in accordance with VAT regulations and send it back to the seller. Based on the signed credit note, the amount for the goods will be refunded to the consumer’s account within 30 days of the withdrawal.
Conditions for Returning Goods
- The goods must be returned complete and in their original condition, including the original packaging.
- Neither the goods nor the packaging may be damaged in any way (except for normal wear on the packaging due to removing the packaged goods).
- The goods must show no signs of use or wear.
If these conditions are not met, the seller may claim compensation from the consumer for unjust enrichment, which consists of the reduction in value of the returned goods.
Please do not return the goods as cash on delivery. Such shipments will be rejected.

Returned goods can only be sent to this address by post. After the physical receipt and inspection of the goods, a credit note will be issued to the buyer. The purchase price paid will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The seller has the right to claim actual costs incurred due to the return of the goods.
Consumer's Right to File a Complaint
The buyer has the right to file a complaint about the goods in the following cases:
- The goods are damaged;
- The buyer did not receive the product they ordered;
- The shipment was incomplete without prior notice;
- Other objective defects were discovered that can be resolved by replacing the goods.
If the buyer exercises their right to file a complaint, they will receive replacement goods, a financial adjustment (e.g., a discount), or a refund as agreed upon by the seller and buyer, no later than 5 business days after the returned goods are delivered to the address: Mailboxde.com Josef Krejčík, ID 34779, Dresdner Str. 9, 02763 Zittau, Germany.
Order Cancellation by the Seller
We reserve the right to cancel the order or part of it in the following cases:
- The product is no longer manufactured or supplied.
- The product is unavailable for an extended period.
- The price of the product has significantly changed.
- Typographical errors were found in the product description, photography, etc.
- We have had negative experiences with the customer (e.g., they previously failed to accept ordered goods).
If this occurs, we will notify you by email. If you have already paid for the goods, the payment will be refunded to your account as soon as possible (usually within five business days of the cancellation confirmation by the seller).
- If the order changes and the total value after the changes increases, you will be asked to pay the difference, and the goods will be sent after receiving the additional payment.
- If the paid amount is higher, we will refund the difference to your account.
Final Provisions
The purchase terms take effect on January 1st, 2025. The supplier reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
