Payment Methods

You can pay for the ordered goods, including delivery costs, in the following ways:

• We accept PayPal as a payment method. This option provides a secure, efficient, and convenient way to process your transactions. With PayPal, you can pay using your PayPal balance, your linked bank account, or your credit/debit card, ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience.
• We accept bank transfer – Payment can be made in advance via bank transfer to the seller’s account 6022440098/5500 at Raiffeisen Banka a. s. Prague, Czech Republic. After placing your order, you will receive the necessary details for the transfer – amount, seller’s account number, variable symbol, or IBAN. You will always receive this information by email, but it may also be displayed directly on the screen once the order is completed. We will ship the goods as soon as payment is received, which usually takes 1-3 days. The goods will be reserved for you for 7 days after the order is completed.

Delivery

The goods are usually shipped the day after the order from a warehouse in the Czech Republic or Germany. Delivery within the EU generally takes 48-72 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the first working day after the weekend or holiday. Most shipments are sent via GLS, and in some cases, by post. The shipping price is calculated based on the weight of the shipment, payment method, and the total price of the order.

You will always be informed of the shipping costs before you complete your order. If you pick up the goods from the delivery service, please carefully check that the packaging is not damaged and that the delivered goods are not damaged. If the packaging is damaged, either refuse the delivery or take a photograph of the package showing the package number and the damage.
