Delivery and Returns of Goods

Delivery

Goods are usually shipped the day after the order is placed from a warehouse in the Czech Republic or Germany. Delivery within the EU generally takes 48–72 hours. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the first working day after the weekend or holiday. Most shipments are sent via GLS, but in some cases, postal services may be used. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the package, the payment method, and the total order value.

You will always see the shipping cost before finalizing your order. When receiving your package from the courier, please check carefully that the packaging is not damaged and that the delivered goods are in perfect condition. If the packaging is damaged, either refuse the delivery or take a photograph of the package, ensuring the package number and the damage are clearly visible.

Returns

You can return the ordered goods within the legal period of 14 days from the date of receipt. Only items in their intact original packaging can be returned. Due to the nature of the products sold, unpacked or partially used goods cannot be accepted for return. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Claims

Any potential claims will be handled individually. In the case of a justified claim, the seller will cover the return shipping costs.
